Cost $45.00: I will meet with you and discuss your situation. I will review any documents that you bring with you. I will discuss your options, obligations and potential liabilities. We can consult in person at my Fargo office, on-line with my secure web meeting software or by telephone. The consultation for this service is limited to 35 minutes maximum. I am not agreeing to take any additional action on your behalf to protect any legal rights or interests that you may have.
Complex Consultation
Complex Consultation: Cost $89.00: I will meet with you and discuss your situation. I will review any documents that you bring with you. I will discuss your options, obligations and potential liabilities. We can consult in person at my Fargo office, on-line with my secure web meeting software or by telephone. The consultation for this service is limited to 65 minutes maximum. I am not agreeing to take any additional action on your behalf to protect any legal rights or interests that you may have.
Sometimes you find yourself in the middle of a dispute and you need some sound legal advice to plan a course of action. Or, maybe you need a letter written to help resolve a dispute. These types of situations can be discussed with me in a general consultation.
