Contract Review Basic
Cost $45.00: I will review 1 – 5 pages of contracts or other legal documents and discuss your rights and obligations based on the documents that you have provided. After I have reviewed the documents, I will contact you with instructions on how to schedule our consultation. We can consult in person at my Fargo office, on-line with my secure web meeting software or by telephone. The consultation for this service is limited to 25 minutes maximum. I am not agreeing to take any additional action on your behalf to protect any legal rights or interests that you may have.
Contract Review Intermediate
Cost $89.00: I will review 6 – 12 pages of contracts or other legal documents and discuss your rights and obligations based on the documents that you have provided. After I have reviewed the documents, I will contact you with instructions on how to schedule our consultation. We can consult in person at my Fargo office, on-line with my secure web meeting software or by telephone. The consultation for this service is limited to 50 minutes maximum. I am not agreeing to take any additional action on your behalf to protect any legal rights or interests that you may have.
Contracts come in many shapes and sizes. Some are short and sweet, some are long and complex and occasionally some are short and complex. Some contracts are in writing but many others are verbal or maybe even implied. Contracts generally occur when two parties agree to deal with each other.
