Cost $595: If you are not satisfied with the offers made by the insurance company to pay for your property damage I will bring your case in Cass County Small Claims Court. IMPORTANT: Small claims court is limited to claims of less than $15,000. By proceeding in Small Claims Court you are waiving your right to a jury trial. By proceeding in Small Claims Court you are waiving your right to appeal the Court’s decision. Whatever decision is made in Small Claims Court is final and binding.
