We will work out the details of the operation of the business. Following the meeting I will draft the appropriate documents including Bylaws to implement your plan. Following a final review and editing of the documents they will be filed with the State to officially launch your new business.

Complex Multi-Owner Business Organization:
Cost $600 plus filing fees required by the State: Meet with me to discuss the appropriate business structure. During our meetings we will work out the details for the operation of the business and establish procedures to resolve disputes. After the details are worked out I will draft the documents to implement your plan, including comprehensive Bylaws. After a final editing and review, the documents will be filed with the State to officially launch your new business.
